By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these T&C.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Complete Purchase" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price at the time of the order shall apply.
4. Terms of Payment
To provide a secure and streamlined checkout experience, we exclusively accept the following payment methods:

Your payment will be processed immediately upon completion of the order.
5. Delivery Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by you. We primarily deliver within Switzerland. Delivery times stated in the shop are non-binding estimates unless a fixed date has been expressly promised.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of cyclooo.com until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer. Please contact our support team before returning any items.
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty for defects applies. cyclooo shall only be liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect or consequential damages, as well as loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these T&C.
10. Final Provisions and Jurisdiction
Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
These T&C and any contracts concluded under them are governed by Swiss Law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these T&C is Zürich, Switzerland.
