Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Return Procedure and Address

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Important Notes:

  • Return Costs: The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

  • Proof of Posting: We strongly recommend returning the goods via a traceable postal service (e.g., Swiss Post). Please keep your mailing receipt, as a refund can only be processed if the package arrives or if proof of posting can be provided in the event of a lost parcel.

  • Condition of Goods: Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, unused, and in perfect condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction:

  • TWINT

  • Credit Card

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
